Sight Check is a free, privacy-first vision screening app you run entirely on your own phone — no eye doctor's chair required. In a few guided minutes you can check visual acuity, color vision, astigmatism, contrast sensitivity, near vision and more, then track your results over time.

Local screening flows: visual acuity, Landolt C / Tumbling E, generated color plates, color arrangement, astigmatism symptom screen, Amsler grid, contrast, and peripheral awareness. Not a medical diagnosis or certified clinical chart.
